by  psychologists  trained  in  the  best  practices  of  the
university  laboratory.  The  cooperation  between  university ­
  and  industry  in  this  respect  will  not  be  the  least
fruitful  result  in  the  development  of  a  basic  and  comprehensive ­
  technique  for  solving  employment  problems.
