by method described in “The Measurement of Seasonal Variation," by Helen D. Falkner, in the Journal of 
the American Statistical Association, June, 1924, pp. 167-179. Two sets of seasonal indices were computed, 
one for 1889 to 1903. the other for 1904 to 1914.
