SERB-CROAT-SLOVENE STATE 
A. — Budgetary Situation 
According to the Constitution of and law regulating State accounts in the 
Serb-Croat-Slovene State, the estimated budgetary receipts and expenditures 
should be submitted to the Skoupchtina (Congress) between October 20th and 
November 20th of each year. To date, however, this has not been done.
