SECTION II.—EXPORTS OF 8 ARTICLES
From Soutiz & NorTH MANCHURIA
Up to 1927, North Manchuria, (Harbin Customs) used
to be somewhat above South Manchuria, (with Dairen,
Antung, & Newchwang Customs) in the matter of export
volume of Beans. But, from 1018 to 1921, owing to the
Russian Revolution, followed with a sharp falling-off of the
carrying power of the C.E. Railway, ete., North Manchu-
rian Beans were turned southwards to find an outle for
abroad; and in consequence, the export volume abroad for
