HISTORY: Incorporated under laws of Washington, Dec. 20, 1916. In 1919
built condensary at Burlington, Wash. On Nov. 1, 1923, Federal Condensed Milk
Co. plant at Mt. Vernon, Wash., was taken over.
BUSINESS: Manufacturing dairy products. Principal products: Evaporated
milk, butter, milk powder and cheese.
PROPERTY & PLANTS: Association owns condensaries at Burlington and Mt.
Vernon, Wash.; owns and operates a fleet of 40 trucks which are used for pick-
ing up the milk at the various members’ farms, delivery of sales in the country
and delivery of milk to Seattle for the bottled milk trade.
SUBSIDIARIES: Skagit Agricultural Credit Corp. organized Mar. 1, 1929, cap-
ital $10,000. Acts as discounting corporation, loaning funds to dairymen from
Federal Intermediate Credit Bank.
