His Rovar Hicuness will take his first experience in railroad
 traveling in America when he boards his special train
for Washington in the Jersev City Station of the Pennsylvania
Railroad.
The train will present the finest example of American railway
 equipment. It will be composed of a locomotive and seven
cars. The locomotive is of the best and newest type used in
the passenger service of the Pennsylvania Railroad. It was
designed and constructed in the shops of the Company, located
at Altoona, Pennsylvania.
