BUSINESS: A holding company, owning more than 99% 9% of the outstanding
stock of the following companies: }
Metropolitan Building Co.—Owners and operators of the Metropolitan group
of buildings, built on leasehold property in Seattle. Included are the White-Henry-Stuart
 Building, Cobb Building, Douglas Building, Stimson Building,
Metropolitan Theater and Olympic Garage.
Fifth Avenue Building Co.—Owners and operators of the Skinner Building,
built on leasehold property, covering entire half block on east side of Fifth Avenue,
 between Union and University Streets, Seattle.
Metropolitan Investment Co.—Organized to buy, sell and hold general stocks
and bonds.

Walker Building (5 stories), N. E. cor. Second Ave. and University St.
Seats Market (1 story), Occidental Ave., between Yesler Way and Washingtreet.

Empress Building (2 stories), S. E. cor. Second Ave. and Spring St.
Rainier Square, an entire block at Sixth Ave. and Marion St.,, used for outdoor
 auto storage. .
Emily Walker Co. Building (1 story), East side of Third Ave., between Madison
