perçue par retenue sur les revenus imposables. À l'avenir, cette taxe est paya-
ble dans les quinze jours de l'attribution ou de la mise en paiement des revenus,
ce qui implique que la déclaration prévue par l’article 54, $ 2, R. 1, doit être
remise dansle même délai.
Pôur un coupon d'action ou d’obligation mis en paiement le 30 avril,
par exemple, la taxe mobilière devra donc être versée au plus tard le 15.mai
suivant. De même, la taxe mobilière afférente à des intérêts de créances ou.
à des revenus de dépôts payables le 3 juin, devra être acquittée au plus tard
le 18 juin.
$ 14. — La taxe mobilière non perçue par retenue, c’est-à-dire celle qui
fait l'objet de cotisations à comprendre au rôle, reste payable dans le mois de
la réception de l'avertissement-extrait du rôle.
Rien n’est changé à la date d’exigibilité des autres impôts.
$ 15. — L'article 4 est ainsi conçu :
$ ler. — La présente loi est exécutoire à partir du lendemain de sæ
publication.
$ 9. — Les articles 2 et 3 ne sont applicables qu’aux cotisations des exer-
cices 1923 et suivants.
L'article 2 sera appliquë à la taxe sur les revenus attribués ou mis en
paiement à partir de la date indiquée au $ ler, même s'ils résultent de bilans
clôturés en 1922.
$ 16. — Les nouveaux taux de taxe mobilière seront appliqués pour la
première fois aux revenus divers (dividendes, intérêts d’obligations, revenus de
créances, intérêts sur dépôts et revenus d’origine étrangère payés par un in-
termédiaire établi en Belgique) qui seront mis en paiement ou attribués à
partir du 30 mars 19283 (lendemain de la publication de la loi, « Moniteur belge »
du 29 mars 19283).
Il va de soi que si des revenus émis payables avant cette date ne sont tou-
chés ou encaissés que postérieurement, les anciens taux seront appliqués; il
sera dès lors indispensable ‘que les bénéficiaires de revenus d’origine étrangère
qui ont encaissé diréctement ces revenus à l'étranger, déclarent dans leur décla-
ration générale pour 1924 la date d'attribution ou de mise en paiement des dits
revenus touchés en 1923.
$ 17. — Pour les revenus des dépôts aux caisses d’épargne relevant d'un
établissement public ($ 10, litt. c), il ne sera pas tenu compte du fait que ces
dépôts auraient excédé 5,000 francs avant le 30 mars 1923.
$ 18 — En ce qui ‘ concerne les revenus des capitaux investis par les
redevables dans leurs\ affaires personnelles, rien n’est innové et l’on comprendra
d'ans les rôles de 1923 les cotisations à la taxe mobilière basées sur lesdits
revenus afférents à l'année 1922 ou à l'exéréice social d’égale durée clôturé en
1922: de même on comprendra dans les rôles de 1923 la taxe mobilière due à
raison de revenus d’origine étrangère et que des redevables belges ont touchés
directement à l'étranger en 1922.
$ 19. — Les fonctionnaires chargés de l'exécution des dispositions qui pré-
cèdent auront soin d'en référer à l’Administration, par la voie hiérarchique,
dans tous les cas douteux.
