connection with consolidation of Dexter Horton National Bank, First National
Bank, Seattle National Bank, as the *First Seattle Dexter Horton National Bank,
for the purpose of holding stocks of affiliated banks and also serving as an investment
 subsidiary. of the consolidated institution.
BUSINESS: Retail and wholesale distribution of securities. Participating in
security syndicates, etc.
SUBSIDIARIES: Holds all but directors’ qualifying shares of the following institutions:
 *Metropolitan National Bank, *First Security Bank, Dexter Horton
Sous Bank, First Greenwood National Bank, First Canal Bank. all in Seattle,
