4 (b) the names and particulars of all ships regis- tered at the port during the year or of those whose register has been closed. Notice of any new lighthouses, buoys, or beacons placed or erected on the shores of the Colony, and of any alterations in those already existing, will be forwarded as early as possible by the Governor to the Board of Trade, and also direct to the Hydro- graphic Department of the Admiralty.
