GENERAL OFFICE: Boise, Idaho. 
HISTORY: Incorporated under laws of Idaho. Originally formed as a partner- 
ship in 1912. 
BUSINESS: Company's business consists principally of construction and main- 
tenance work upon railroads, highways, irrigation and drainage systems. It 
is also actively engaged in construction enterprises in Oregon, Washington, Cal- 
ifornia, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming and Colorado. 
PROPERTY: Warehouses, repair shops, side tracks, storage and feed yards are 
owned in Boise, Idaho, which are designed and constructed for the housing and 
repairing of equipment and the feeding of stock. This tract includes 27 acres. 
The company owns on 80-acre ranch near Boise, which is devoted to the rais- 
ing of feed for the stock, and temporary pasturage when needed. 
Equipment includes steam shovels, dragline excavators. locomotives, railroad 
outfit cars, paving equipment, crushers, steel rails, dump cars, horses, wagons, 
rusk, tents, etc., together with a great number and variety of small equipment, 
tools, etc. 
Near Oakley, Idaho, gravel pits extending over 150 acres are owned and de- 
veloped. The company has contracts for supplying gravel for railroad ballast 
purposes from these pits.

System of producing gaseous illuminating tubes which are used in the manufac- 
ture of signs, displays, interior lighting, etc., for which patents have been 
applied. Company has a completely modern and efficient plant and has over
