Beide Urkunden haben in ihrem Aufbaue große Ähnlichkeit mit einander, nur ist die Reihenfolge der Angaben über Kreuz verschoben: Der Staatsnotar nennt zuerst den Empfänger und alsdann den Zahler, der Bankbeamte dagegen zuerst den Zahler und sodann den Empfänger. Daraus ergibt sich folgendes Gerippe: 1. Schuldschein: opoXotei 6 A xip B, ëxeiv Trapa xoO B, II. Girobankbescheinigung: ó A xqj B, äxeiv xòv B Trapa XOÛ A. In unserem Beispiele ist ó A (Valeria Diodora) zuerst der Empfänger, nachher der Zahler. Die Kreuz Verschiebung der Giro bankbescheinigung erstreckt sich auf den Infinitivsatz (äxeiv xòv B Trapa xoO A), während der Infinitivsatz des Schuldscheines die Reihenfolge hat: ?xeiv (xòv A) irapà xoO B.
