Exchange:—Düring the week, the London price of Silver for early delivery has moved between 24‘/ic d. and 247g d,, the 
quotation for two months forward delivery has however remained steady at 24 3 / 16 d, throughout the week. Our 
local rates of exchange have remained at 2/47ad, for T/T on London. Exchange Settlements have been on a small 
scale and the market generally has been easy for early delivery and steady forward. At the dose a steady feeling 
prevails, ‘‘Deliveries” in connection wilh Imports are poor, this however may be accounted for by the stormy 
weather we have experienced. The local stock of Sycee and Bar Silver Stands at about Tis 28,000,000,
