ARTICLE 29.

The consular officers of one of
the High Contracting Parties
residing in the territories of the
other shall receive from the local
authorities such assistance as can
by law be given to them for the
recovery of merchant seamen
leserters, other than subjects of
the latter High Contracting Party,
rom the vessels of the former
High Contracting Party.

ArTICLE 30.

The subjects and companies of
sach of the High Contracting
Parties shall have in the territories
 of the other the same rights
as subjects or companies of that
High Contracting Party in regard
to patents for inventions, trademarks,
 trade names, designs, and
copyright in literary and artistic
works, upon fulfilment of the
formalities prescribed by law.

ARrTIOLE 31.

Each High Contracting Party
undertakes to adopt all the
necessary legislative and administrative
 measures in order
bo assure to goods produced or
manufactured in the territories
of the other Party effective protection
 against all forms of unfair
competition in commercial transactions
 and in particular in order
to repress and prohibit by seizure
and by other appropriate remedies
the importation, exportation,
distribution, sale or offering for
sale of all products bearing upon
themselves or their usual get-up
or wrappings, or the invoices
relating thereto, any marks,
names, devices or inscriptions
whatever, which are calculated
bo convey directly or indirectly

ARTICOLUL 29.

Functionarii consulari ai uneia
dintre Inaltele Pari Contractante,
 cu resedinta pe teritoriile
Celeilalte, vor primi dela autoritigile
 locale ajutorul ce li se
poate acorda conform legei, pentru
 prinderea marinarilor civili
dezertori de pe vasele Inaltei
Pargi Contractante, afar de
supusii celeilalte Inalte Pirti.

ArtIcOLUL 30.
Supusii si societdsile fiecireia
dintre Inaltele Parti Contracsante
 vor avea pe teritoriile Celeilalte,
 aceleagi drepturi ca si
jupugii sau societdfile acestei
[nalte Pirfi Contractante, in ce
priveste patentele de inventiuni,
mircile de fabrici, numele
comerciale, desenurile gi copyright-ul
 pentru lucririle artistice
gi literare, dupi indeplinirea
formalititilor preserise de leve.

Fiecare din Inaltele Parti Con-‘ractante
 se angageazi si ia toate
misurile legislative si adminisirative
 necesare, spre a asigura
nérfurilor, produse sau fabricate
pe teritoriile celeilalte Pirgi, o
protectie eficace in contra oriciror
forme de concurent neloaiali in
sranzactiuni comerciale, si in
special cu scopul de a reprima si
a impiedica, prin confiscare gi prin
alte mijloace potrivite, importul,
exportul, distribufia, vinzarea ori
oferta spre vinzare, a tuturor produselor
 purtind asupra lor, pe
ambalajul sau inveligul lor obicinuit
 sau pe facturile respective,
orice mirei, nume, expresii sau
inseripfiuni, care sunt socotite si
dea. direct sau indirect o indicatie
falsi asupra  originei, tipului,
