werden;!) nur ausnahmsweise wird es gestattet, von dieser
verordnung umgang zu nehmen, wobei dann besonders eingeschärft
 wird, den süssen wein ja nicht mit dem andern zu
mischen und ihn in einem besonderen keller aufzubewahren. ?)
Ueberhaupt ist das mischen verschiedener sorten von wein
oder auch alten weines mit neuem, ?) ja selbst das zusammenstellen
 solcher weine im gleichen keller, verboten,‘) um der
weinpanscherei von grund aus zu steuern. Auch soll neuer
wein nicht verkauft werden, ehe der alte aufgebraucht ist, 5)
woraus wir wohl schliessen müssen, dass, im gegensatz zu
heute, neuer wein geschätzter war als alter. Den inhabern
von weinschenken wird geboten, ihren gästen zutritt zum
keller zu geben, damit sich letztere überzeugen können, ob
man ihnen reine, unverfälschte weine abzapfe oder nicht.‘)
